It is so absurd that it’s worth listening to, if you can stand the stupidity. The Verizon reps do not understand the difference between fractions of cents and fractions of dollars. Where do they find these people? Both claim to be “supervisors.” Perhaps these people are former casino managers.
How can they get hired and promoted without the most basic junior high school level math skills? An amazing thing is that these math-challenged reps (particularly the female) seem to think THE CUSTOMER is the idiot. The patience of the customer is admirable.
